Cookies & Analytics
Thought Knockout uses essential cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to operate the site and understand usage.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some are required for basic site functionality. Analytics cookies (where used) help us understand site usage patterns.
You can typically control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
We do not sell personal data.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires consent prior to analytics cookies being set, you may adjust your browser settings to restrict or disable cookies. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate our business, including:
- Website hosting and content delivery

- Payment processors (when applicable)
These providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Anonymized & Aggregated Data
Thought Knockout may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from submissions and engagements to identify trends, improve tools, and develop benchmarks.
“Anonymized and aggregated” means responses are combined across multiple submissions and stripped of direct identifiers so they are not reasonably intended to identify any individual or organization.
Participation in assessments or surveys that may contribute to aggregated analysis is disclosed at the point of submission. If you do not wish for your responses to be included in anonymized, aggregated insights, please do not submit those responses.
Aggregated insights are used for internal analysis, product improvement, and high-level reporting only and are not sold or shared in a way intended to identify participants.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained longer for analysis and benchmarking purposes.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
